Lead PM

Hyperion Tech is looking for a Lead PM that will take the primary responsibility for setting up all scrum and delivery processes in developing an Agile mindset, improving practices, and guide teams to a predictable delivery.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in similar role;
  • Strong leadership and management skills;
  • Demonstrable experience with Agile methodologies in an organisation utilizing Scrum for delivery;
  • Have a history of solving problems, managing risks and overcoming challenges;
  • Advanced English knowledge;
  • Previous experience in Business Development or Account Management – would be a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain all scrum events and delivery processes;
  • Provide customer satisfaction leadership, tracking and reporting;
  • Establish and maintain quality and performance standards and measurements;
  • Support the execution and improvement of backlog grooming;
  • Assist in dependency management;
  • Facilitate collaboration, communication, and conflict management;
  • Mentor the Scrum Team on agile values, principles, and practices;
  • Assist in the coordination of operational issue resolution;
  • Facilitate team development, mediate conflicts and encourage healthy team dynamics;
  • Introduce and encourage team to explore healthy Agile development practices, focus on quality and technical excellence, predictable and continuous delivery.
