Hyperion Tech is looking for a Lead PM that will take the primary responsibility for setting up all scrum and delivery processes in developing an Agile mindset, improving practices, and guide teams to a predictable delivery.
- 3+ years of professional experience in similar role;
- Strong leadership and management skills;
- Demonstrable experience with Agile methodologies in an organisation utilizing Scrum for delivery;
- Have a history of solving problems, managing risks and overcoming challenges;
- Advanced English knowledge;
- Previous experience in Business Development or Account Management – would be a plus.
- Set up and maintain all scrum events and delivery processes;
- Provide customer satisfaction leadership, tracking and reporting;
- Establish and maintain quality and performance standards and measurements;
- Support the execution and improvement of backlog grooming;
- Assist in dependency management;
- Facilitate collaboration, communication, and conflict management;
- Mentor the Scrum Team on agile values, principles, and practices;
- Assist in the coordination of operational issue resolution;
- Facilitate team development, mediate conflicts and encourage healthy team dynamics;
- Introduce and encourage team to explore healthy Agile development practices, focus on quality and technical excellence, predictable and continuous delivery.
